Here it is, the inevitable down after living on the ceiling for the last 3 weeks. It sucks.
Spent the day trying not to completely self destruct. Succeeded….just. Sore now. Didn’t follow the original plan thought I’d settle on just cutting instead. Hmm this was the first time ever that I nearly fainted (only ever come that close once before with an accidental injury)….it was strange and horrible there was ringing in my ears and my eyes went funny. Had a lie down but still feel shaky. Never even lost much blood or did much damage…its pathetic.
I’m pathetic. Must try harder.
